In a career that has spanned over 30 years, Pastor Jim and Becky Hoogenboom have been used by God to start four churches across the country. In addition, God led this team to found an overseas ministry called "First Light Ministries" that focuses on teaching and evangelism in Israel and Eastern Europe.

The Hoogenbooms' ministry is centered on building close personal relationships, evangelistic preaching, and practical but challenging Bible-based teaching. Pastor Jim and Becky have a strong desire to see each believer live to their full potential for the Kingdom of God. Their hearts are trained on seeing people saved and prepared to enter into a lifetime of service to God.

You will enjoy the humorous but straightforward approach to ministry that the Hoogenbooms have to offer. Pastor Jim and Becky have two daughters: Amber, 36, and Rachel, 33. They also share their home with three other girls—Annie, Maizee, and Chloe—and a little boy, Wriggly (all Dachshunds).
